does this mean my email has been hijacked? or hacked or something? because I don't send that kind of stuff out. Any help is appreciated.

I looked in my spam folder in my email and noticed an email from myself for FREE International prescriptions?
Spam thinks of new ways to get you to open and read the email they send out. They probably programmed their system to change the sender's address to yours to get you to open it.
