How do I get email from a certain source to be sent to my inbox and not the trash folder?

It's the stuff I get from ebay. They say they can't do anything.

Reply:Best thing is to create a filter, if your using Outlook. Click Tools then Rules and Alerts.


Create a new rule and work step by step through the building of the rule.


Otherwise, if you are talking about a web based interface its dependant on the website mails system.
Reply:Identify the sender as 'not spam', add them to youur contacts and it will go your mail box. This works in Yahoo and Hotmail

If you know the email ID add it to your address book. If you at least know the server name like ebay.com, add it to allowed list of email servers. Either way all those emails will come to your inbox.
