How do you delete email folders that you never use?

Yeah i had 10 or so folders that i stored email i wanted to keep. Now i want to delete the folders and im not sure how.

How do you delete email folders that you never use?
In Classic Mail


In the folder panel----above the inbox are the links---{add--edit}. Click on edit and a page opens with all your folders listed, where you can "rename OR delete" them.





With New Mail


You can just right click on the folder and in the drop menu, choose delete.





In either case---the folder(s) needs to be emptied before deleting.
Reply:click on the folders once to high lite them then go to file and click delete
