I'd like to have backup of everything in my email folders but don't want to have to go to each message individually and cut and paste 6 years worth of messages. Any suggestions on how it can be done as a unified single command?

Once you delete your email trash is there a way to retrieve a meassage that was in the trash folder?
This is very important to me, I think my husband is hiding something, so I need to find out if I can retrieve these messages.

How do I set up a folder in email within a folder?
What email service are you using? Free web based or something like outlook? If its yahoo just click create new folder!

click on the folder, then right click on that folder. click on make a new folder.

How do i download received email photos to a particular folder please?
Click on photo (double click, left mouse), then select size of photo (if applicable). Now Right click on mouse, select "copy." Next go to folder you want pic saved to, open folder, then right click mouse again. Select Paste. Photo should now be saved to folder. ( It should not be necessary to open folder you want to save pic in, Once you locate folder, just Right click mouse and select PASTE. Then open folder to verify pic has been saved).

No you have to select attach on your email page and then you have to go to the folder the pictures are in and select picture you want to email. Click on the picture. Then you select upload and you should be good to go.
